Kyle and Leah are married!!

It’s February!  I can’t believe how time goes so quickly!  After a hiatus, not by my choosing, but by my main computer deciding it would fall flat on its face the first week of December, and Best Buy taking 7 weeks to decide that it wasn’t fixable!!  :)  They gave me a new computer thanks to my warranty!  (always choose the warranty!)  Love my new iMac!  I miss my old Mac, but this one is much faster and better.   Does that mean I will become a wonderful blogger–probably not, but I might be faster at it when I do it!! LOL!  :)

Sooo here is a wedding from 11/11/11.  :)  I seriously think this couple is just adorable.  They are beyond sweet and so in love.  They both come from wonderful families and I know they will have a lifetime of joy together.  I am so thankful to have had the chance to be part of their big day!  They opted to do a “first look” since we knew that we would at dusk around the time their ceremony was finished.  This allowed for plenty of time to do pictures before the ceremony.

A big thanks to Brandon Doan who second shot for me and my wonderful cousin Rachel who acted as my assistant that day….Thank you both!!

The wedding was held at St. Joseph’s Church in Sugar Grove and the reception was held at Little Brook Meadows in Lancaster.

Thanks for stopping by!!  Have a great week!!  hugs, Angela

Family session….

I had the wonderful opportunity to photograph a super adorable family in September…..

I love cake–as many of you know….so when asked if a 1st birthday cake could be in the photos–”Yes!” jumped out of my mouth!!  :)     And I must say she stayed cleaner than I do when I eat sometimes!!  :)  And when I heard that she had her little Miss Spider Halloween costume…oh, boy, I was super excited!!

Can this family get any cuter!!?!? seriously?

Have a Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!  :)   Thanks for stopping by!  I have so much to be thankful for!

Samantha…Class of 2012

The day of Sam’s senior session we were blessed with a perfect day for shooting.  Sam plans to attend the Ohio State University next fall and I wish her the best in following her career plans!  She showed me all around the Hilliard area for her session.  Her dad and her boyfriend helped us scout out some fun locations too!  Thanks guys for a fun session!

A sweet baby….

Meet baby Case….he is so adorable, and such a good baby!!   And he smells so good too!!  LOL!  :)  ( I miss that little baby smell around here!)  I tried to carry him out in my purse, but I was quickly apprehended and offered to take home one of the many rescued cats on the family farm instead…gee, thanks.  This little one is the newest member of our family on my husband’s side, and we look forward to watching him grow!  Congrats to our entire family, each addition is such a blessing.

I hope everyone has a great weekend!!  If you haven’t made it down to the Pumpkin Show for some good deep fried foods…you better hurry!  All the fun and excess calories will all be over with on Saturday!

Second shooting…

I stalked her blog….finally got the courage up to email her one day…and she emailed me back!!! We had lunch together just over a year ago, and she shared secrets with me, that only a seasoned photographer would know.  She was truthful, and funny.  She never made me feel stupid for asking questions.  I wanted to be more like her as a photographer from that day forward.

I hoped and I prayed that one day she would let me shoot a wedding with her….that day was in July, and I am so grateful.  It was so much fun shooting with Cassidy Drummond owner of Cassidy Dawn Photography…….she is amazing, not only as a photographer but as a person.  Thanks for always being so helpful and supportive and encouraging Cassidy!!  You are a great photographer and a super great person.  :)

These are a few pics from the wedding I got to shoot with Cassidy!

Makenzie….class of 2012!

I love seniors…love them!  :)  Especially when they get excited about their upcoming sessions!  Makenzie was very prepared for her session, she even sent me pictures of her outfits ahead of time–which I LOVED!  She has great taste in clothing, and SHOES!! (oh, I wanted to snatch up those boots!! the blue ones are awesome too–but I would probably break a limb trying to walk in them!)

Her mom was a super helper!  I seriously need her as my personal assistant!!  She was so much help!  Thank you!

Makenzie you are a doll!  I enjoyed your session, and I hope you did too!

Billy and Michelle are married!

I love my clients…I know I say that all the time…but I do.  I am so lucky to have such wonderful clients, who appreciate my work.  Another wonderful couple I had the honor of photographing their special day recently was Billy and Michelle.  They are both such sweet, and kind individuals, and they complete each other.  Michelle wore boots under her beautiful dress, which I thought was perfect!  The wedding was held in Lithopolis, and the reception at Billy’s family farm.  No detail was missed.  And the guests all enjoyed themselves almost as much as Billy and Michelle.  :)  Thanks guys for being such a wonderful couple, I wish you a lifetime of happiness.  :)

Family Session….

I had a super fun session a few weeks ago, capturing some moments with one of my favorite families, who are expecting a baby in the near future!  When I asked little Miss B, if she were having a brother or sister, she told me “I am going to have a brother and name it girl”…..  :)   I love her!!  She makes me laugh with all her expressions!!

I can’t wait to meet the newest addition to this awesome family!

New blog!

Thanks for stopping by!!  I am so glad you found me!

I can’t believe another summer has come and gone.  :(  This summer I have slacked on blogging.  For good reason.  I have tried to spend alot of time with my three boys while they have been home.

The summer seemed to fly!!  My oldest son is now in Fourth Grade!  My two little guys are in Kindergarten this year.

My fall session dates are filling up much faster than I had anticipated!  I am excited about the fall, and about all the sessions around the corner!

This new site is a little different than my old one, so I am still getting used to all the little differences.   If you see something you think I can change for the better, drop me a note! I would love to hear any recommendations!

I look forward to the future of this site….and here is pic to celebrate new beginnings!  More later from this session!  And if you click on “Galleries” you can see some of the sessions I did this summer!  :)

hugs,

angela
